Q: Can I edit my auto pay date?
A: No, you cannot edit your payment renewal date or 
autopay date.  However, support can update the billing
date for you. Here's how to request this: 
1. Go toHelp Center tab in your menu.
2. Fill out theContact Us form. Include all details needed to complete this request. 
3. Allow 24-48 hours for your issue to be resolved. 
 
Q: How do I access my subscription information?
A: You can view your next billing date by going to 
Settings → Subscription & Billing → Billing.
